Do I need to get on a call or be available at a specific time?
No. Tier 1 is fully asynchronous. You submit your CV and target role via the intake form, we process everything, and your report is emailed to you. There is no call, no scheduling, and no back-and-forth required. If you want a live session, that’s available in Tier 2.
How is this different from a free ATS checker I can find online?
While free tools just scan for keywords, we provide a verified PASS/FAIL verdict against specific ATS platforms. Every report is reviewed by a live recruiter to ensure your "Top Actions" are based on current hiring reality, not just a generic algorithm.
Will someone at OxiomHub actually read my CV, or is it all AI?
Both. The 100-point audit, radar chart, keyword table, and ATS verdict are generated by our AI system. After that, an OxiomHub recruiter reviews the output, personalises the Top Priority Actions based on their knowledge of what UK, US and EU hiring managers are actually looking for right now, and corrects any keyword inferences that don’t fit your specific role. You are not getting a raw AI output.
What format do I need to send my CV in?
PDF is preferred and gives us the most accurate picture of what an ATS parser actually receives. If you only have a Word (.docx) version, that works too, just upload what you have. The intake form takes care of the rest.
I’ve been applying for months with no responses. Will this actually help?
