Will you edit my existing CV or write me a completely new one?
We write you a completely new CV from scratch. This is not a tracked-changes edit of what you already have. Our recruiter uses your intake information, your existing CV as the source of truth for facts, and the Tier 1 audit as the brief, then rewrites it in a format that parses cleanly through ATS systems, with your career story told the way a hiring manager actually wants to read it. You receive both an editable Word (.docx) file and a PDF. One revision round is included.
What does the LinkedIn optimisation actually include?
You receive written recommendations for every section that matters: your Headline (the single field recruiters search first), a rewritten draft for your About section, your top 3 Experience roles rewritten with impact-focused bullets, Skills section reordering based on how LinkedIn Recruiter search actually ranks candidates, Featured section guidance, and photo and banner recommendations. Is the 20-minute recruiter call mandatory?
No, it’s optional. All the written deliverables are sent regardless of whether you book the call. But most clients do take it - it’s the moment where you can ask about the rewrite rationale, get coached on how to talk about your experience in interviews, and hear directly from a recruiter what they see when they search your profile. It’s conducted via Google Meet or Teams, and scheduled within 5 working days of delivery.
I already had a Tier 1 audit. Do I have to pay for the audit again in Tier 2?
No. If you’re upgrading from Tier 1, the audit you already received serves as the baseline. Your Tier 2 price is reduced to £69 (instead of £89) as the upsell rate, and if you’re upgrading within 48 hours of your Tier 1 delivery, you get an additional £20 off. Check the upgrade link in your Tier 1 delivery email.
What if I’m targeting roles in both Europ and the UK?
Tell us that in the intake form. Our keyword library and ATS verdict already covers UK, US and EU Market. Where the different markets require different emphasis, for example, DSGVO/GDPR compliance for German data roles, or BSI standards for security roles in the DACH market vs UK NCSC frameworks. We flag it in the keyword gap section and factor it into the rewrite. If you need two fully separate CV versions targeting very different role types, that’s available as an add-on for £29.
Can I upgrade to Tier 3 after my Tier 2 is delivered?
Yes. Your optional 20-minute recruiter call is where this conversation usually happens naturally. If your seniority level, the companies you’re targeting, or the stakes of your next move indicate that the full executive advisory package would serve you better, your recruiter will raise it. Tier 3 clients get a salary benchmarking report, a target company intelligence briefing, interview prep, and offer negotiation coaching, none of which are in Tier 2.
