What happens in the 60-minute strategy session?
It is a structured 1-hour video call with a senior OxiomHub recruiter. The agenda covers four areas: how to frame your experience for the seniority level you are targeting, the personal brand narrative your CV and LinkedIn need to tell cohesively, target company mapping (which 10–15 companies are the best strategic fit and why), and your overall search strategy, direct applications vs recruiter outreach vs warm networking. Everything that follows; the rewrite, the LinkedIn transformation, the intelligence report, is built on what emerges from that session.
What is in the target company intelligence report?
For each of your top 5 target companies, we produce a 2–3 page briefing covering: current hiring activity, key decision-makers and hiring managers sourced from OxiomHub’s active recruiter network (not just LinkedIn), culture fit indicators, recent news and strategic direction, and the specific language these companies use in their own job postings; so your CV mirrors their vocabulary. This is intelligence from active client relationships, not information you could compile from a Google search.
What does the executive LinkedIn transformation include that Tier 2 doesn’t?
In Tier 2, you receive written recommendations for each LinkedIn section. In Tier 3, OxiomHub writes the complete new text for every section — you paste and publish. This includes two A/B tested headline versions (we write both, you choose), an 800+ word narrative About section, all Experience roles rewritten for leadership impact and business outcomes, a Featured section content strategy, and a Creator mode activation guide if relevant. When does the offer negotiation coaching happen, and what does it cover?

The session covers how to evaluate the offer against current market rate (using the salary benchmarking report we’ve already prepared), a negotiation script tailored to that specific employer, what to push on depending on whether you’re dealing with a startup, scale-up, or enterprise, and how to negotiate without putting the offer at risk. I’m not actively looking yet. Is Tier 3 still worth it?
Yes, and in some ways more so. Is there a custom option for C-suite roles like CTO or CPO?
